2. Services Provided

Beach Bum Teeth Whitening offers spray tan services, in-salon teeth whitening services, packages, and membership plans.

All services are cosmetic in nature and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any dental or medical conditions.

3. Eligibility

Clients must be 18 years or older, or have a parent or legal guardian present.
Services are not available to individuals who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
Clients are responsible for disclosing any relevant dental or medical conditions prior to treatment.

4. Appointments & Deposits

A $25 deposit is required to book an appointment.
The deposit will be applied toward your total service cost.

Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
If proper notice is given, your deposit will be refunded or applied to a future appointment.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the $25 deposit as a cancellation fee.

5. Membership Terms

Memberships are billed automatically on the 1st of each month (or billing cycle selected: monthly, quarterly, or semi-annual).
By enrolling, you authorize Beach Bum Teeth Whitening to charge your card on file accordingly.

Membership Cancellation

A 30-day written notice is required to cancel any membership.
Billing will continue during the 30-day notice period.
Membership benefits remain active until the end of the final billing cycle.

6. Refund Policy

Service payments are non-refundable once services have been rendered.
Deposits are refundable only with proper cancellation notice (24+ hours).

7. Results Disclaimer

Teeth whitening results vary based on individual factors, including but not limited to natural tooth color, staining, and lifestyle habits.
Beach Bum Teeth Whitening does not guarantee specific results.

8. Sensitivity Disclaimer

Some clients may experience temporary tooth sensitivity or gum irritation following treatment.
By receiving services, you acknowledge and accept these potential risks.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beach Bum Teeth Whitening shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

The use of our services
Individual reactions to whitening treatments
Failure to disclose medical or dental conditions

All services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

10. Right to Refuse Service

Beach Bum Teeth Whitening reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, including but not limited to safety concerns or inappropriate behavior.

1. Service Refunds

All teeth whitening services are non-refundable once the service has been performed.

2. Appointment Deposits

A $25 deposit is required to secure all appointments.
Deposits are applied toward the total cost of your service.

Deposit Refunds

Deposits are refundable or transferable if you cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice.

4. Packages & Prepaid Services

Packages and prepaid services are non-refundable.
Services included in packages must be used within any stated timeframe (if applicable).
Packages are non-transferable unless otherwise approved by management.

5. Retail Products (If Applicable)

Unopened and unused retail products may be returned within 7 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.
Products must be in original packaging.
Opened or used products are non-refundable.

6. Exceptions

Refunds or credits may be considered at management’s discretion in rare or exceptional circumstances.
